General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

Vomiting accompanied with headache is consequence of high intracarnial pressure.
High intracarnial pressure is caused by some diseases, vascular or intracarnial.
The most common disease is migrena.
1. First of all you need a physical examination by your neurologist.
2. Check your blood pressure everyday for 2 weeks.
3. You also need a head MRI.
4. Complete blood count.
5. Glucose test.
6. Urine test.

The results will determine the diagnosis and the treatment.

Contact your neurologist.

I hope you find this helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
