What Causes Vomiting, Stomach Cramps And Fever?
my wife, a 63-year-old woman, came down with an intestinal event last night: vomiting, intestinal cramping, fever (101), chills, and headache. She thought after throwing up all night, she would rebound, but today she continues to be quite sick, including not being able to hold down liquids.

Hello,
She may develop acute food poisoning or viral fever. Take rest, eat a soft diet, drink plenty of liquids. Use paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Use probiotic twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
