What Causes Vomiting With Black Chalky Bowels?

I woke up at about 1:30am last night, vomiting consistently, I couldn t even move without throwing up. I took pep to bismol and it subsided, so I went back to bed for an hour or so. After waking up at 8:30am, I took buckleys to help clear my congestion and to try to bring down my fever. I haven t been able to keep much down and there s a pain in my abdomen. I just recently went for a bowel movement and it was black and very chalky, almost like if you were to take Kleenex and rub it over a charcoal pencil drawing. I m very worried, what could this be ?

It should be bleeding from gastric or duodenal ulcer. U should start treatment for it. And still symptom persist then you should go for endoscopy for further evaluation. Rabeprazole can help for mild symptom along with Avoiding hot and spicy food.
