What Causes Vomiting With Loin Area Ache?
23 years old. Approx 160cm. Weight approx 50kg. No significant past medical history.
Vomitted 3 times between 24 and 12 hours ago but have been eating since with no nausea. Now have constant dull ache in right loin area, unrelieved by paracetamol. No urinary symptoms, no chills, no temperature.

Get your urine RE, USG KUB done. Dull pain in loin area may be caused by renal pathologies like renal calculus. Do share your labs with me.
