What Causes Vomiting With Sensation Of Smelling Eggs And Soft Stools?

my daughter was sick once in the night last monday, then sick again once on wednesday morning, her stools are very soft and are a peanut colour, the last yestersay she was burping egg smells, she went to bed last night,woke up and was sick once which smelt too of eggs, but seems ok today, she does have downs syndrome.

Hello,

Such abdomen symptoms of diarrhea or bad stool passing could be due to dyspepsia most of the time diet could be the cause second it could be due to infection too, if I would be a doctor of this case then I would wait for few days with changing the die, avoiding heavy, spicy, oily fat-containing meal, taking care of hydration. If the symptoms remain as it is, then it could be a case of infection and bacteria could be the likely organism, then I would try to treat this with Ofloxacin with Ornidazole twice in a day for three days.
