What Causes Vomiting,diarrhea And Gastro Pain With Stiff Neck?

4 days ago vomitted 4 times and had diareah. Intense gastro pains. Low fever. Gastro pains and vomitting stopped the following day. However, diareah continues (4 days) and is green. Stiff neck and back. Age: 33 Height: 5'11' Medical history: Good health
