What Causes Watery Bowel Movement With Chest Congestion?

4 days ago I had for 2 days watery bowel movements with no pain, just urgency every 10-20 mins, then it went away. The next day I Started getting congested and became sick for 2 days with coughing and inabilty to sleep with chest mucus. I started taking Zicam, vit C, and Robtussin, and can say in those 2 days my congestion is almost done.. but now I have the watery stools again every 10-20 mins, with a sulferic burp.

Appreciate your query, diarrheal condition could be due to intestinal infection and it could be mix type of infection like it may be protozoa and bacteria playing the role, other symptom of congestion, cough could be the allergic condition and this is nothing to take anything with diarrhea.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this condition with the single dose therapy like "Sacnidazole 1 g " better to avoid taking other medicines.
