What Causes Watery Brown Diarrhea And Fever?

Hi, I'm 40 yrs of age, female, 170 lbs, 4'11. Aside from continous increase in weight, started taking medication to lower blood pressure three months ago. My problem started yesterday, had 6-7 watery brown diarrhea, slight fever and stomach cramps. Fevers gone after taking paracetamol but still have the same brown bm once this morning. What kind of tests should I take? thank you in advance.
