What Causes Watery Diarrhea And Vomiting?
My stomach hurts and I feel like vomiting. I have yellow watery diarrhea. I feel cold when its 90°F in my house but when I cover up I feel hot. I don t have a fever. I thought I was pregnant but I took multiple ept tests and they all came out negative.

you may have food poisioning or gastroenteritis. any history of taking contaminated food or water?. check your stool for ova , pus and bacteria
