What Causes Watery Discharge With Flatus?

My age is 41 i am about 5ft 6 inches and was always in good health eat healthy and excercise. When I woke up today i flatulated and a nice amount of water disgharge came away from me it has happened since then everytime i flatulate is this something to worry about can i take something to rectify it short term.
