What Causes Watery Green Stools?

Hi doctor, my 4 month son has a diarrohea. watery green stool is come 4-5 times a day. My child specialist advice Oflox-OZ, Levolin, Wikoryl and Sporolac no result found. I changed the doctor then he advice walamycin & Z&D Drops. Stool was ok only for one day after that watery stool come and doctor say only z&D continue but vein. Please advice me
