What Causes Weakening And Stiffness In My Fingers And Wrists ?

I m 22, and I ve recently noticed a weakening and stiffness in my fingers and wrists (with occasional pain). I work at a computer 40 hours/week and pop my knuckles a lot (which tends to make my fingers feel better). I don t think it s arthritis, but what is yall s opinion of why my hands are acting up?

Hi,

It could be an early sign of arthritis. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedics and get evaluated.
