What Causes Weakness Along With Stomach Ache And High Blood Pressure?

Had a spell the other night, felt faint ,weakness, color drainedx from face, upper stomach pain . thought was repeat heart attach (2000). Paramedics said high blood pressure. 214/180??? No heart attach, blood test 2 times negative. I Take lisinoprol, toprol, aspirin sertraine atorvastin? What was that? Vasovagal??

Hello,

I think you may developed syncopal attack, maybe due to cardiac arrythmia or accelerated hypertension with encephalopathy or transient ischemic attack etc.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. First proper control of blood pressure is important, get CT brain, MR angiogram of brain, ECG, 2 d echo done. Consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
