What Causes Weakness And Extreme Tiredness?

Hi there and thanks. I have been sick since 2011 feeling week feast and extremely tired. On top of that. I have almost lost my voice and I write extremely small all of a sudden.I cannot function ,cope or work. I have been to Drs. By the dozen with no success or any type of diagnosis. I am 59years old and I am missing my life I am not working any more don t even drive any more My e mail is

I cannot say in your particular case. Obviously, an examination would be quite helpful in this case and without it I can only give general information.

AND, micrographia (writing small) is found only in brain degenerative diseases.

Maybe, in depression, but not commonly, the most common is in Parkinson's disease which occurs in very very mild forms in the 5th decade and can be the first sign (along with tiredness).

The parkinson's medicine requip is quite good for early parkinson's with very few side effects.
