What Causes Weakness And Fatigue While On Azathioprine?

I am 57 and have started having depigmetation on my scalp and forehead for about 2 months. I have been treated with Patchex I tab daily, azathioprine tab (2 x 50 mg daily), Tacroz lotion and Elocon lotion for local application. I feel run down, weak and tired since the time i have started azathioprine. I do not want to continue Azathioprine after reading the side effects. Is there any other drug that will help me instead of Azathiprine.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Azathioprine is immunosuppressive drug and if it is indicative here then it has to be taken least concern what the side effect are there moreover all the immunosuppressive drugs must be having same side effects so there is no option left hope this information helps.
