What Causes Weakness And Muscle Stiffness In The Legs And Buttocks?
My leg feels weak when I stand up after even a short time sitting. I m able to walk, but still with some discomfort. It feels like my muscles tighten up, stretching them to walk. I have done a microdiscecotomy of L4, L5 and S1. There is noticeable muscle stiffness in right buttock, and little bit pain in the right waist area.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
Most probably it could be a spine-related problem.
An MRI scan is required for further assessment.
