Hi,
In Sciatica there is pinched nerve pressure giving pain, weakness in legs.
After physiotherapy due to release of pressure on nerves one feels better but due to irritation weakness and some pain during some active movement are there.
Avoid more straneous exercise involving spines.
Go for back extension exercise daily.
Avoid weight lifting and more bending at back.
Take B1, B6, B12 shots or capsules.
Take calcium and multivitamin supplements.
Ok and take care.
