What Causes Weakness In Bladder Area?

I was masturbating a few days ago and because I held in my sperm in too long, and right before ejaculation I felt a sudden pain in my bladder area, then I released and felt very weak in that area. It's been a few days and I still have this problem. I even tried to stop masturbating but it's hard. I went to a Doctor and she told me I could of pulled a muscle or something. My urine came out negative, I don't have any pain, just weakness and it really bothers me. I'm not sure if it could be related to my vas deferens or anything like that.
