My 15 year old son weighs 135 he is 5 11. He has been feeling faint and weak. The other day he blacked out in the afternoon. Tonight he says he is weak and his arms feel heavy he is very athletic wondering if this is hormones or maybe lack of sleep, to many video games or lack of calorie intake. Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Loss of consciousness is not normally related to hormone status or sleep (unless at severe exhaustion).
It may be related to inadequate fluid or food intake so if he is not using enough of either of these, should be increased.

If he has a mild viral illness , it could also contribute to his symptoms.

Loss of consciousness may be related to more serious conditions affecting the heart or brain so he may need to be assessed by his doctor.

I hope this helps
