What Causes Weakness In Leg With Pain In Pelvis And Hip?

My right leg keeps giving out and buckling from underneath me. Sometimes up to 25 times in one minute. I have pain in my pelvic area, my hip, my shoulder, and neck all on that side. I don t know why my leg is doing this? I m 16 years old, 5 , and 126 pounds. Nothing huge, asthma and allergies.
