Doctor, I slept on a hard surface on my back last night. Now I have problem with my right arm. I can't hold toothbrush firmly to brush, my thumb and index finger are weak but I can lift a bucket of water, what is wrong?

You may have an issue with a "pinched" nerve in your neck, which can cause weakness in your hand muscles, but not the rest of your arm.

You may have an issue with the ulnar nerve (ulnar neuropathy) as well.
