What Causes Weakness Post Defecation?

My mom healthy mind. Retired RN. 71 yrs old post 4 polyps removed during colonoscopy with mild anesthesia. She get sudden weak before BM. Anxiety ? a How much you will charge me for the answer? If you have the answer I will tell her to make an appointment in your office and pay with her Florida medicare Insurance, Iam her daughther Paramedic fire rescue. Thanks for your soon answer.
