What Causes Weakness, Tingling Sensation In The Hand And Recurrent Jaw Pain?

Hi, I ve been sick with increased weakness, dizziness, and increased hand tingles for the last 6 days. Pain comes and goes in different places, usually jaw, neck, or lower back. Vomiting occasionally, diarrhea when I eat. It feels like I can t get enough oxygen. 42, female, and mother of 3, not depressed, just tired. Is this my head? Or something I can physically change? Do I need a doctor?
