What Causes Weakness, Tiredness, Dizziness, Syncope Signs And Flatulence Due To Hunger?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have felt weak and tired in recent weeks. I like walking but I have been unable to go walking since I get tired when I try going on walks. On a few occasions I felt woozy to the extent that I thought i was going to faint. I noticed that when I feel hungry, is feels more severe than usual and is often accompanied by flatulence and feeling of dizziness.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The given symptoms could be due to general debility and it may not be due to any disease, age, and gender related (Hormone changes inn female) but you have not provided the information.

Second, it could be due to endocrine dysfunction, (Thyroid dysfunction, diabetes). I would advise you to get the required test done.

As far as the dizziness is concerned, it may be due to cerebral pathologies and for that CT scan can be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtar Husain
