What Causes Weight Gain After Using Nomadlab Stanozolol Tablets?

Good day, I took Nomadlab Stanozolol tablets for about 3 weeks one a day (in the mornings) and within that time I gained 3kg in weight. The fat tissue on my breasts started decreasing and I immediately stopped taking the tablets and still go to gym 4 times a week. Its now been 3 weeks since I stopped taking it and I have missed my period... Could this be serious?

This is an anabolic steroid containing medication intended to lose the body weight.
The weight gain associated with the use of Stanazolol is due to retention of salt and water causing edema.

Large doses of anabolic steroids also suppress the release of ovum through inhibition of pituitary follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) resulting in lack of menstrual cycles or irregular menstrual cycles.
It will some time to restore the regular menstrual cycles after stopping the anabolic steroids.
