What Causes Weight Gain,lethargy And Chest Pain?

hi im a 24 year old female and in the past couple of months iv put on about 6/7lbs,iv been feeling really tired to the point where i have to have a sleep everyday after work and iv also been getting a few chest pains.I dont know if there all related or not.Also iv got the implant in so i cant be pregnant.Whats wrong with me?

I can understand your problems, hopefully they will be solved in due course of time.
As per the details given in your case like recent weight gain, easy fatiguability, sleepiness could be due to thyroid problem. Kindly get the thyroid function tests, CBC, ESR, done to ascertain the cause of your present illness.
