hi, i am 22 year male with 5.8 height and my weight is 60kg.eventually i have lost weight and physics looks very poor my complexion has turned little black.my daily routine includes i wake at 10.00am don't have my breakfast most often and leave for office where i directly have lunch at 3.00pm and then at 5.30 i take sum fruits and a small snacks at 8.00pm after i reach home at11.30 where i have my dinner at 1.00 am
Your disturbed lifestyle is actually responsible for causing weight loss and loss of complexion. The most important meal of the day is your breakfast which is missing. You must try to get up a little early to have breakfast. If you do not have time or if you cook for yourself, then what you can do is prepare a quick breakfast for yourself like cornflakes/wheatflakes with cold milk and a fruit or 2-3 toasts with butter, a fruit like apple or banana with a glass of milk/curd/buttermilk ("chhach" in hindi). There isn't much to cook in these items and you can have them for breakfast within 15 minutes. So take out time for breakfast which will not only imrpove your health but also boost your energy levels. Having lunch at 3 pm straight after your last meal at night at 1pm means you stay without food for 14 long hours which is not good for your health and appearance which will get affected as a result of declining health.
