Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Chemotherapy may cause decreased appetite and may lead mucositis and ulcers formation lead to decreased appetite. The lubrication is lost so need artificial lubricants like wet mouth solution. Also check for weather you developed infection or pharygitis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Malignancy itself lead to weight loss. Please consult your doctor he will examine for other possible causes and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
