What Causes Weight Loss?

Hi... For the past 3 months I've been losing weight for no apparent reason I'm constantly eating (no meat; lots of greens and veggies) and other than this sudden and mysterious weight loss, I'm in good health. I'm 5' 1" and down to 103 lbs. My thyroid levels are normal.

Hello!
How many kilos have you lost in a month? May be you are under stress. I think the main reason is that you burn more calories than you eat. You eat very well: fruits and vegetables. But if your thyroid levels are normal I think you burn more than you eat. If you don't to lose weight anymore try to eat a little bit more carbohydrates such as rice, bread , spaghetti once in a while.
Thank you. Best regards.
