What Causes Weird Feeling At The End Of Urination?

hi i have this weird feeling at the end of urinating at the end of day i noticed few drops of blood at the end of urinating. its not burning or paining at all. just feel like going to wee frequently. when I go its okay at start just at the end starts to feel a bit funny not painful. what is it?

Bleeding mixed with or at end of urination I known as haematuria.
This could be related to wide variety of factors like infection, inflammation, injury or cancerous lesion of genitourinary tract which warrants detailed evaluation and testing
