What Causes Wet Cough And Black Stools?

Hey Doc, I am having some minor health issues. I have had a wet cough for about a week and change now, and starting yesterday I am having black stools (which have occurred twice) but are not foul in smell. I would like to see if you could suggest what the stool might be caused by?

Hi,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but please get a stool analysis to exclude blood per stools and take a mucolytic as Mucinex for the wet cough.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
