What Causes Wheezing And Nose Bleeds?
Hi my name is Shakeithy my 3yr old son has been coughing and his doctor gave him jmax three weeks ago but his cough has gotten worse and now hes wheezing and having nose bleeds but the blood isn't red it's brown should I be concerned or just keep giving him the jmax and wait it out.

Hi..
Cough with wheezing can occur because of asthma or even bronchiolitis. Nose bleed may be associated with nose picking or associated cold. I.would advice you to start nebulisation if possible as it will make the child comfortable. Also if anytime the child has chest wall retraction or fast breathing or breathlessness you should see a doctor. Maintain adequate fluid intake and continue nebulisation
