What Causes White And Fatty Tissue Discharge During Periods?

Just passed about a centimeter long, white, fatty tissue in shower during my period. It was rinsed and still white, slightly greyish, somewhat clear (not solid white) with a little blood inside. Could this have been a very very early miscarriage? I am not very regular, so had not noticed being late. I have never noticed this type of discharge, just clots before.

Hi,

It may be clogged cervical mucus.

Miscarriage is very unlikely as it presents with severe pain.

If symptoms are persistent, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
