Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. From your description of the symptoms, it appears as though you are experiencing monilial infection of the vulvo-vaginal area. You need to have a local exam by a specialist, urinalysis and a swab taken for culture and sensitivity. Blood sugar levels are also estimated preferably. Your sexual partner also should be examined and treated if necessary. Do not douche or use strong soap solutions to clean the genital region. Avoid tampons. Take the complete course of treatment which includes prophylaxis for 3-6 months. Avoid sexual intercourse until healed well. Hope this helps.
