What Causes White Colored Tissue Strings In Urine?

I see white string like things in my urine. Sometimes it is so wide that I get confused if I had thrown toilet paper. I have pain in my lower left groin area, I mean the left area close to my thigh. I have hard time to hold my urine. I feel burning after urination specially 1 week before my period. Also after passing urine I have little stomach ache. My period is not consistent, sometimes I bleed twice during 1 month, sometimes my period is okay and sometimes I don t bleed for 2 months. I gained too too much weight. Also my top left foot is swollen, it is wereid because as I said I have pain in the lower left groin area. Plus whenever I do hard work I get so tired and sometimes I bleed right after.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Form your question it seems like you may have some urinary infection and menstrual problem.

For urine problem, you should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. It will give you exact idea whether you have any urinary infection or not. If urine infection is there then you should take antibiotics treatment for that.

For menstrual problem you should go for examination. Go for ultrasound pelvis once to rule out any major pathology. If needed go for endometrial biopsy and take treatment accordingly.
