What Causes White Creamy Stretchy Mucus Discharge After Periods?

I m 18 years old I was on the Depo-Provera Shot for a year & 3 months. I just got off it 03/17/2014 & I didn t have a period the whole time. Well now my fiancé & I are trying to conceive & I got my period the next month which was April 4-9 then another in May the 12-17 & another in June the 8-14. But I m afraid I m not ovulating because during my period in May on the 5th day which would be the 15 I started Ovulation Predictor Kit which came with 20 tests. I did everything it said for me to do and I got a negative for all 20 tests. But I ve come to notice that a couple days after I end my period I have whitish creamy stretchy cervical mucus so does this mean I m ovulation at a different time instead of 14 days after my period? Because I just got the same cervical mucus yesterday.
