What Causes White Layer In The Urine With UTI?

h i m 22 year old female i i had uti 2 weeks back i was on heavy antibiotic dose because some bacteria were resistant ti it after uti in my urine culture report i had budding yeast cell and colony count of 6000 but not e coli in it my problem is when ever i urinate i see a layer of white particles is it serious should i get checked again by docter ?
