What Causes White Mucus Discharge While Urinating?

I am 52 year old male. I get egg white like substance after urination coming out of my penis. No pain involved except that although i feel the urge to urinate, when i go to the toilette, i can not urinate immediately and i need to push as urine does not come out gushing as it is supposed to.i am a diabetic person of 20 years and dependant on insulin injections.

These are symptoms of Voiding difficulty which at your age is usually Prostate. but you are diabetic also so component of Bladder dysfunction adding to cause of symptoms is possible. you need evaluation in form of Urine routine, Uroflowmety, USG KUB with post void residue, voiding dairy and S. PSA. Treatment of your condition will be possible mostly with medicines with surgery reserved for some specific indications only.
