What Causes White Mucus In Stools?

Hi, After taking an antiboitic I have white phleghm/mucus in my stool. I have no other issues but it has not gone away and i have been off the antibiotic for over two weeks. Shouldn't any issues from the antibiotic ( if it is that) have gone away by now? What could it be?
