What Causes White Pieces In Bowel Movements?

I have been noticing that my stool has changed to a tan color and there are white pieces that look solid now in the stool. It started about a week ago and was wondering what could be causing this. It does not hurt to go to the bathroom and I do not have any other symptoms.

Hi,

Possible reason can be shedding of epithelial cells from intestine infection, partially or undigested food stuffs, intestine worms or others.

I recommend stool microscopy report for further management.
