Hi there I am a 40 year old male and have been noticing for a couple of weeks that my stools have white specks though them varying in size from a pin head to peanut size. I have no constipation or irregular movements. I am not on any medication. Do you think I should visit my GP as there is a history of bowel cancer in the family
