What Causes White Spots In The Anal Region?

I have had a colectomy, but more recently during gall bladder surgery had an abdominal fistula, I have had a blockage of the bowel and diahrea, which left my back passage sore and sometimes bleeding, I now have small white spots around the anul region, they are not painful what are they ?
