What Causes White Substance In Stool While Having Hemorrhoid?

Ive been in unbearable pain for the past two weeks n noone has helped me nayb u can. I started with an e coli uti n then two weeks later I got a horrible anus pain n constipation that the drs describe an a hemorroid but not even thr pain medication thry gave me works. But ive been seeing white stuff in my stool since my anus started hurting..what can that white stuff be?

Hi thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

Noted you have hemmoroids.

This white stuff in stool may be mucus or pus or segments of parasite like tinea.

Get your stool examined.If show egg or trophozoites of parasites then it could be amebiasis or tinea or giardiasis like parasite infection .If present treated accordingly.

If stool show only pus cells then shigellosis like infection could be cause and antibiotic needed for it.

Sometimes excess fat intake can also need mucus discharge in stool.

Just now take care for piles by taking stool softener if needed.

Drink more water and warm water anal bath.

Fruits more.Spicy veg and non veg taken less.

If still above causes not present and condition worsen then after subsidence of piles colonoscopy done for further work up.
