What Causes White Thick Discharge After Intercourse?
last night my partner and i had sex but the condom slipped off and stayed inside me. after that my ovaries were hurting a lot and today i didnt feel any discharge until i went to the restroom and saw white thick discharge on the inside of my lips ( panties were not stained )

The retained condom must have caused a reaction r a foreign body changed the chemistry inside causing the growth of candida r a mixed infection.
Take a course of an antibiotic and get examined by a Gynecologist to ascertain the extent of infection and treatment accordingly.
Avoid sex till you are fully treated and cured. Also get your partner to take the same medicines for 5 days.
