What Causes White Vaginal Discharge After Intercourse?

I was just having sex with my pregnant girlfriend. I orally went down on her and brought her to an orgasm, and then went to regular intercourse. I pulled out to change positions, and then noticed a white substance on my unit. It looked a lot like semen, and I know I did not ejaculate. What could this be?

I have gone through your query.Vaginal secretions may vary.It may vary according to hormonal changes.It can be from clear secretion to whitish.But there is change in odor or irritation associated with it then it can be infection like bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection.If no other associated symptoms then she is most likely normal.Hope this may help you.
