Hello, I have studies your case and if your EMG report is saying that all ligaments are normal then chances are that you may be having weak muscles that is causing such loose grip.To treat this you need to start physiotherapy. It will help in gaining strength in wrist and you will be able to do all work. If you want any more advise then you can send me your EMG report. I will try my best to help you. thanks
