What Causes Wrist Pain After Something Snapped From Arms?

Recently I was using making hand gestures while talking and when I raised my right arm and kind of flipped up my hand, I felt something snap. Not a bone or anything but something else. This has happened two more times and it is really painful when it happens. Now my wrist aches. I have never had arthritis so I don t think it is related to that. Should I worry about this?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to pulled muscle or sprain.It is better to rule out that by showing an orthopedician. In such case i advise immobilization in an elastic bandage, application of gels with combination of diclofenac and capsaisin.If severe pain is there then i advise nimusulide tab orally for 5 to 7 days also.Hope this may help you.
