Hi.
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Your presenting complaint of Yellow discharge post sex may be due to protozoal or bacterial infection, which spread through sexual intercourse.

I would advice you to,
1. Maintain good hygiene and wash your vagina with soap warm water regularly.
2.  Avoid feminine products
3. Use soft cotton undergarments
4. Have safe sex
5. Take Antibiotics (flagyl / antibiotic pills or creams) for a week

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
