What Causes Yellow Eye Color And Constipation?

hi sir i want to ask for my son he was born on 23-05-2011 physically he has no signs and symptoms of jaundice but on 29-05-2011 his body and eye is yellowish colour. And after born of two days he don't do latring. what should be happen to them and what is the precuation.

5th day jaundice could be physiological; but if it intensifies and raising bil level in blood test, one has look for any obstruction to bile flow. By the way we are now in 2016, 5 yrs passed.
