What Causes Yellow Sediment In Urine?

Hello When I go to urinate, i just recently noticed that there is a yellow powder pooling at the bottom of the bowl. this powder is a dark yellow while the more liquid form of urine is a regular hydrated colour. What is wrong, should I be concerned? and how can I fix or treat this so my urine is back to normal?

Dear- thanks for using our service, I understand your concern and will give you my advise. You need to have an urine analysis and culture. The substance that you are watching can be oxalate or uric acid crystals that might be coming from kidney's stone particles or protein . The way to know what is happening is to do an urine analysis. It depends of the results, you might need further studies and laboratory exam. I also recommend to increase the water intake and avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
